We offer you to watch thousands of Grey Cranes in the Hula Valley, nesting of rare Vultures in the Gamla Nature Reserve in the Golan's Height, wintering waterfowl in the Valley of Bet She'an, ringing of songbirds in the Knesset Garden in Jerusalem, and a chance to meet hundreds of species in the area surrounding Eilat.

Minorities and Ethnic Groups

Many cultures exist in Israel for hundreds of years and more.
We shall experience a romantic glimpse of the lives of the proud Druse.
We shall visit Circassian people, that were brought here from the Caucasian Mountains, and shall be hosted by Bedouins, the lords of the Mediterranean desert, in their tents.

Zealots ( Jewish rebels), old synagogues, castles and remains of past Jewish life

3000 years ago the Hebrew tribes came to the Promised Land. They built agricultural villages, fortified cities, magnificent palaces and synagogues.
We shall have the opportunity to experience the unique atmosphere of Jerusalem in which Jews have been living for thousands of years.
We shall visit the altar from the First Temple era at Dan's antiquities. In Gamla and Yodfat, where the fearless Galilee Rebels (Zealots) fought, in the mystical city of Zefat, also known as city of Kabala, in the splendid six century CA synagogue of Bar'am, we shall also visit the wonderful ancient cities of Tiberias and Caesarea and in the heroic palace of Masada, where dramatic mass suicide prevented the defenders from being captured by the Roman Legions.

A journey to the origins of Christianity and the Holy Places

The Jordan River, the Sea of Galilee, Capernahum, Nazareth, Bethlehem, Jericho, and Jerusalem are the background and historical scenery for the stories of Jesus and his apostles.
We shall visit ancient churches and other holy places – with significance to millions of people all over the world.

Mediterranean flavors and fragrances

Israel is a part of the stormy, lively, noisy, and friendly Mediterranean area.
We shall taste homemade Shepherd cheese and fresh bread; we shall sip local wine from family boutique wineries; We can taste and learn the secrets of the olive' industry in Israel, we shall visit aromatic spice gardens; and enjoy sunset and seafood in port towns.
